THE DEE ANN MAKI MEMORIAL FUND IN HONOR AND MEMORY OF A SPECIAL SOMEONE INTEGRAL TO WILD LOVE PRESERVE
The Dee Ann Maki Memorial Fund has been established to benefit her favorite charity in honor of her spirit,
being and wishes.
Dee Maki is key to Wild Love Preserve's creation and she will forever be integral to the Wild Love Mission. We thank her
for all she is and has done for WLP - a life making a lasting difference on behalf of the whole, setting an example for many
to follow. Dee Maki's love, truth, compassion and action will carry on. If you would like to make a donation
in the memory of Dee Ann Maki you will be honoring her spirit, compassion and belief in saving native wild lives, habitat,
and in finding common ground as a means of bringing community together.
Donations made in the name of Dee Ann Maki support the WLP Adoption Project and the 92 wild lives saved,
babies to follow in coming months. Please click link below to see video of recent success and history made.... indeed
Dee Ann's magic is alive and well.

AS A RESULT OF THE WLP ADOPTION PROJECT, WLP WELCOMES
OUR FIRST LITTLE: "MAKI"
Maki
Easters have traditionally brought much fun, hi-jinx and joy, however instead of chocolate bunnies & colored eggs,
this year brings the lasting magic of a new wild life. It could be no more fitting, that on this Easter, Wild Love Preserve
welcomed our first little and it's a boy! A little black "stallion to be" with one white sock, named "MAKI"
in honor & memory of Dee Ann Maki! In so many ways the love, life & legacy of Dee Ann Maki sings on. As of March
30, 2013, WLP has saved 99 native wild horses from being shipped to longterm holding elsewhere, and at tax-payer expense.
We are expecting an additional 15-18 littles this spring. All WLP Wilds will live out their lives together and forever
protected on WLP private lands in Central Idaho. WLP is privately funded.
